Senior Superintendent I

SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem-solve and bring together viable solutions. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for providing coordination of project site work activities and supervision of on-site work teams for multiple construction projects or large, complex construction projects. Solar Mechanic - Twelve Mile III

Mechanic SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Mechanic that will be responsible for performing all functions needed for an onsite mechanic and maintenance of all heavy equipment and general equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain shop equipment in a clean and orderly condition and report all deficiencies to supervisor Perform inspections to ensure tested and repaired equipment meet performance specifications Troubleshoot breakdowns of equipment to determine extent of damage or malfunctions Follow given operating instructions to maintain shop equipment operations Maintain supplies Call for repairs Perform regular preventive maintenance Complete and file all appropriate reports and paperwork Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Minimum one (1) year of experience Basic computer knowledge/skill Current driver’s license ASE Certified preferred Strong teamwork orientation; detail orientation; strong organizational skills Active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements *Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
