Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities Performs checks of product quality against specifications Assures GMP, HACCP, and SOP’s are in compliance Investigates issues related to Quality and Food Safety Collects microbiological and product samples for testing and evaluation. Applies Holds to nonconforming products and materials Assures food safety, regulatory and company compliance. Understanding of the process Assists with audits of the process, GMP’s and food safety as well as customer audits. Assists with troubleshooting of plant quality problems Assists with troubleshooting of sanitation issues and problems. Assists with product improvement projects Perform other duties as assigned. Able to interact with all levels of management Able to work alone with limited supervision Knowledge of workplace safety rules Ability to work with cross functional teams. Key Responsibilities · Monitor refrigeration system to include compressors, components, condensers, air units, and perform preventive maintenance and repair as scheduled · Basic troubleshooting/repair/PM of all refrigeration and ice conveying equipment in the plant and freezer areas. · The ability to start up equipment during pre-shift, such as ice makers and chillers. · Electrical troubleshooting on process and refrigeration equipment. · Complete paperwork and logs as required. Team Lead - Food Service

Employee is used mainly to prepare and serve food, run the register, open and close the store on a periodic basis, maintain store cleanliness, provide customer service, oversee crew members and learn the role of an assistant manager. This employee is working their way into an Assistant Managers position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides professional customer service and can address customer complaints Supervises crew members when General Manager and Assistant Manager are not present. Effectively opens and closes the store. Must be eighteen (18), as required by law, because employee will use the slicer equipment Demonstrates knowledge of Health Department Guidelines and operates their shift within those parameters Delivers deposits to the bank on behalf of the store. Only with valid drivers license and auto insurance. Demonstrates ability to work all of the Stations as described in the Training Manual, including but not limited to: Cashier/Order station, Weigh station, Grill station, Bread station, Wrap/Runner station, Fry station. Displays knowledge of working stations so thorough that employee can float to other stations in the food production line. Performs all aspects of prepwork including, but not limited to, handling all types of meat and vegetables, including chopping onions Maintains store appearance through cleaning the bathrooms, floors, tables, countertops and other duties as assigned.
