We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Respite Provider to support a fun-loving young boy with Autism and speech delay. This position provides short-term care and supervision while offering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote safety, enjoyment, and community involvement. The ideal candidate enjoys active play, has patience and a positive attitude, and can keep up with a busy toddler who loves exploring and staying on the move. We are seeking an experienced, patient, and confident caregiver to provide respite support for an active young teen in the New Auburn area. Support may take place in community-based settings or, once a strong and comfortable relationship is established, in the provider’s home. The ideal candidate has experience working with youth who may have behavioral or emotional support needs and understands the importance of patience, flexibility, and proactive engagement.
