Scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct therapeutic assessments and interventions, delivering individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to the unique dynamics of each client. \n Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions to ensure compliance with ethical standards and facilitate quality care. \n Engage family members or significant others in the treatment process as appropriate to foster a supportive network for clients. \n Build and sustain respectful relationships with colleagues, multidisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. \n Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews and treatment planning aimed at enhancing client outcomes. \n Act as an advocate for clients in crisis, offering immediate interventions to resolve emergency situations and coordinate necessary support services. \n Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and share insights with the team to promote continuous learning. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population encompasses individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will work alongside clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects each individual’s unique experiences and circumstances. Qualifications\n \n Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n Active licensure to practice as an LMFT in the state of Washington. \n Strong knowledge of LMFT ethics and scope of practice, ensuring adherence to professional standards. \n Ability to develop effective therapeutic rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients and families. \n Demonstrated skill in crisis intervention, effectively managing emergency mental health situations with calmness and professional expertise. \n Exceptional documentation skills, producing clear and thorough records that comply with legal and ethical standards. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with couples and families. \n Experience in community mental health services or similar environments, understanding the nuances of delivering care remotely. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methods. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
