Business Title: QA Manager - CAPA Location: Albert Lea, MN 56007 Job Type: Full-time Note: Direct hire Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager is a key member of the manufacturing site leadership team that provides leadership at the site for development, implementation and administration of the Quality assurance and quality control functions to ensure safety integrity and conformance with respect to regulatory, corporate, site, and customer requirements. This position will work in collaboration with the plant and THE CLIENT leadership to formulate and execute a strategic quality plan for the business. This position also integrates quality priorities into the operational excellence process. Responsible for managing CAPA program, including customer complaint, vendor complaint, holds and site audit nonconformance programs and root cause analysis thereof. Responsible for management of change control and portions of commercialization process. Provides leadership to develop and implement food safety, preventive controls and prerequisite programs (eg: HACCP/HARPC, Pest Control, Recall, Allergen, Sanitation, and environmental monitoring.) As a member of the plant leadership team, requires comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles within their own functional area, and also requires basic knowledge of these elements in their relevant functional areas in order to participate in the resolution of issues that have an impact beyond the area or impact multiple areas.

Accounting Supervisor

Weinberg Roger & Rosenfeld is looking for an Accounting Supervisor. Under the general oversight of the Controller and Management Committee, the right candidate will be a financial professional with responsibility and duties that include managing all ledgers, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, as well as billing and invoicing. This person will also be responsible for some oversight and directing the accounting clerical staff in accounts payable/receivable and billing functions for the organization. Specifically, the person will have the authority to use independent judgment to assign work to clerical staff, ensure that clerical staff complies with assignments, and can effectively recommend discipline of clerical staff. Uses independent judgment to create and recommend updates and improvements to accounting processes and procedures. Accounting functions including but not limited to: · Process and prepare payroll for salary employees, input/print/transmit all payroll related checks for: 401k, union dues, dependent care, garnishments, ACA forms, reconcile W-2’s. · General ledger: Process journal entries and record perform accurate record keeping for: all 5 monthly payrolls, run P/R reports, balance, commuter check entries. · Trust Bank Account: Make deposits by scanning to bank account using scanner, record to Prolaw and ledger, process W-9’s for all trust account payees, input payee into Prolaw, schedule payments to payees per client/attorney instructions, print checks and disburse checks per attorney instructions. · Respond to requests for information related to accounting and payroll. · Oversee A/R, A/P & Billing, especially improving efficiency, stream-lining tasks. · Oversee accounting clerical staff efficiency and performance in conjunction with firm administrator. Knowledge and required skills: · General accounting methods and procedures · Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping functions · ADP payroll system or similar · Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel is a must · Ability to multitask · Detail oriented · Strong communication skills · Ability to supervise and manage a team of clerical staff · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field, five or more years of equivalent experience may suffice in lieu of degree and is dependent on experience and qualifications

Group Fitness Instructor

The Group Fitness Instructor will lead Golf Fitness Solutions’ large group training classes for golfers of varying ages, fitness levels, and golf experience. This role is responsible for delivering safe, energetic, and well-organized sessions that help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall golf performance. Responsibilities include coaching clients through golf-specific warm-ups, strength circuits, mobility drills, balance work, rotational movement patterns, and conditioning exercises. The instructor must be able to manage a group setting while still providing individual attention, regressions, progressions, and clear coaching cues based on each client’s ability level. This position also requires maintaining a positive class environment, demonstrating exercises properly, monitoring client safety and technique, assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment, keeping the training space clean and organized, and supporting the overall Golf Fitness Solutions client experience. As this portion of the company grows, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, expanded class offerings, and additional compensation tied to client referrals, retention, and new member sign-ups. For qualified trainers, there may also be opportunities to build one-on-one or semi-private training sessions from relationships developed through the group class program. The ideal instructor should be dependable, professional, energetic, coachable, and genuinely interested in helping golfers move better, feel better, and play better.
