Rapidly implementing containment and corrective actions, as applicable. Participates in the review and disposition of nonconforming product, including coordinating material review board (MRB) dispositions. Partners with Project and Manufacturing Engineering to implement test and inspection plans and processes and generate test reports/memos. Skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively establish positive working relationships with various operational groups, all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers. POSITION SUMMARY The Desktop Support Technician delivers first- and second-level technical support across local and remote environments. Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, incident documentation in the IT ticketing system, and resolution of issues involving operating systems, enterprise applications, and peripheral equipment.
