Our patient population includes individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, requiring culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences. Qualifications\n \n Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively. \n A non-judgmental and compassionate approach to emotional and psychological support. \n Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and therapy sessions efficiently. \n Preferred Experience\n While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in diverse therapeutic settings and familiarity with various treatment modalities will be beneficial. Experience with telehealth practices is also a plus, given our remote therapy options. Compensation and Benefits\n We offer competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
