Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of patients, analyzing their mental health status, and formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices. \n Administering a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base. \n Documenting patient progress meticulously within an electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. \n Collaborating fluidly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to coordinate care and tackle complex patient scenarios effectively. \n Facilitating case consultations and participating in peer review meetings to enhance staff skills while creating a culture of learning and professional growth. \n Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge of mental health issues and available community resources to facilitate their journey. \n Staying current with developments in mental health research and integrating new insights into your diagnostic and therapeutic frameworks. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Inner Flourish, you will engage with a uniquely diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with chronic illness, mental health conditions, and psychosocial challenges related to end-of-life issues. Compensation and Benefits\n Inner Flourish Wellness Center recognizes the value of our LCSWs and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
