First-party homeowner property damage litigation experience is highly preferred ; however, candidates with personal injury or premises liability litigation experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of representing homeowners against insurance companies in a variety of disputes, including, but not limited to, claims involving hail, wind, fire, water, and other property-related losses.
