In this role, you would be responsible for supporting customers, developing quotes, processing orders, providing product and pricing information, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Pay is $50K-$60K range commission. Experience working for an industrial distributor is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary internal contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. Respond quickly to customer, rep, and field-sales calls\/emails. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives. Prepare accurate quotes, pricing sheets, and product recommendations. Build product and application knowledge to assist customers with correct parts and specifications. Work with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and frequent buyers. Support outside sales with quotes, literature, pricing, and project details. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: 5 years of inside sales, customer service, or order desk experience required Experience with industrial products sales Strong computer skills including ERP order entry systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work well under deadlines. Bachelors Degree in business, industrial design or related.
