Our Client, a financial services company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for their Des Moines, IA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: Coordinate a transformational effort including 10 workstreams and multiple product teams. This role will ensure that all work across workstreams and product teams is coordinated and delivered based on target timelines and due dates for business outcome delivery. Partner with a Senior Program Manager who has been playing leading a major initiative since it’s inception. The two will continue to partner together in the day-to-day operation but this new contract Project Manager. will be the accountable party for coordination of the effort overall. The Program Manager will remain in a lead support role. Build and maintain cross-program/product roadmap based on input from the workstream leads to illustrate timeline of work and key dependencies across workstreams. Create and distribute weekly status reports based on current templates and other communications for intended audiences including timely risk awareness. Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with workstreams/product teams and leadership. Facilitate other meetings and planning sessions as needed. Build and sustain relationships through motivation, influence, team building, and empowerment. Identify interrelated dependencies and risks across workstreams. Ensure proper mitigation to ensure success. Escalate as needed to leadership team for help in eliminating roadblocks Balance competing demands and lead through ambiguity for valuable outcome delivery. Our client is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders within a fast‑paced investment environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders. Hours are 8:00am-5:00/5:30pm, with flexibility to support after‑hours needs as required. The position is fully onsite five days per week. Practice good personal hygiene, grooming standards and follow uniform policy at all times. Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
