Building Engineer (Data Center) Position Summary The Data Center Building Engineer is responsible for providing maintenance and operational support across a data center facility and its campus. The Data Center Chief Engineer provides maintenance support and management for the assigned Data Centers. Maintains all mechanical, electrical, and IT systems in the facilities. Put dies through the caustic solution to clean excess aluminum out of the die Inspect and polish dies to ensure they are clean and there are no remaining aluminum remnants Load, start, and monitor the nitrider machine Assist in die corrections Assemble and break down tooling assemblies Utilize various hand tools including: hammers and chisels Clean work area at end of the shift Perform any other assignments given On-Site Training Use of proper PPE (i.e.: safety glasses, steel toe, ear plugs, gloves, etc.).
