Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and obtain informed consent. Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage ventilation, volume status, and hemodynamics. Insert central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters as needed; manage post-operative pain including epidurals and extremity blocks. Provide emergency airway management, resuscitation, and CRNA supervision when required.
