This is a frontline supervisor position that supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture and manages specific day-to-day operations and an assigned staff. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation through the management of Package Handlers. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary The Project Manager Lead will primarily focus on end-to-end project management, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion in site selection, leasing, design, budgeting, and project execution of company leased real estate assets. You will ensure our clients properties meet the changing organizational needs, while providing safe, secure and sustainable space for staff to thrive. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects across commercial office space, R&D, Data Centers, Operation Centers, warehousing, distribution facilities, and showrooms. This role requires effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management experience. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to diagnose challenges and issues and develop innovative business solutions and assess risks and opportunities. Very strong administration skills and attention to detail are required. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management (Emphasis) Lead project teams and internal customers to develop an understanding of business requirements, Manage multiple projects from project identification to site selection, design, planning, client approval, construction, moves and completion. Develop/maintain scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects. Provide property market analysis and performance benchmarking. Provide cost estimation for renovations, relocations, and new business rollout. Lead real estate components of RFP opportunities and competitive bid proposals. Lead and manage workplace designers, architects, engineers, and project managers. Experienced managing and delivering commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects Understanding of data centers, labs, and warehouses Ability to scope projects that have heavy electrical and mechanical requirements Collaborate with cross function teams including Legal, IT, EHS, DEI, Sustainability, Security, Finance, Facilities and Food Services Manage and negotiate with 3rd party vendors, architects, general contractors, and engineers in the delivery/construction of space. Identify project dependencies and critical path issues. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-site projects on time and within budget Lease Portfolio Management (Moved to Bottom) Manage and monitor lease expiration's and critical dates. Collaboration and partner business leaders to drive portfolio performance. Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations. Collaborate with brokers and service providers regarding lease strategy. Lead negotiation activities for new properties, lease renewals and lease terminations. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, performance evaluations, and benchmarking. Stakeholder Management Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, senior management, brokers, contractors, and service providers. Manage relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, design and build vendors and other industry professionals. Maintenance Planner

Position Overview A leading medical manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support plant engineering and maintenance operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, efficient resource utilization, and minimal impact to production. The Maintenance Planner plays a critical role in aligning maintenance execution with production schedules while ensuring compliance with quality systems, safety regulations, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed maintenance plans for preventive, corrective, outage, and other scheduled activities Determine labor, materials, tools, and time requirements for maintenance work orders Coordinate maintenance schedules with production planning to maximize asset availability Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on time to reduce unplanned downtime Manage maintenance backlogs, prioritize work orders, and track completion performance Validate technical requirements and ensure adherence to HS&E and engineering standards Monitor maintenance KPIs, costs, backlog trends, and planning effectiveness Recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics Support line maintenance teams during staffing gaps to ensure continuity of operations Coordinate outsourced maintenance activities when work is non-core to the plant Maintain accurate records using a CMMS system and ensure data integrity Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (additional technical education preferred) 3–5 years of experience in maintenance as a technician or first-line supervisor Hands-on experience with industrial processing and packaging equipment Formal training or strong working knowledge of: Maintenance planning and scheduling Work control and priority management KPI tracking and continuous improvement Experience using a CMMS system (SAP preferred) Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Work Environment & Requirements On-site role with regular collaboration across engineering and production teams Steel-toe, slip-resistant footwear required on production floor Jewelry, artificial nails, and similar accessories are restricted in production areas Smoke-free manufacturing campus Compliance with site safety, quality, and health policies is mandatory Additional Details Experience Level: 2–5 years Relocation Assistance: Possible for strong candidates Industry: Medical Equipment / Manufacturing Job Level: Associate Location: Sumter, SC
