Manager Nursing Unit - Labor & Delivery

The Manager Nursing Unit manages operations of specific nursing unit(s). This position provides guidance and support to nursing staff, ensures quality of patient care, and collaborates with other leaders/team members to maintain efficient and effective operation. Key areas of focus will be new grad RN retention, patient experience, compliance of Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement initiatives, throughput efficiencies, staffing patterns and budget management.
