Job Description Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $75,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) Position Summary Southern Mechanical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee plumbing operations on multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and materials, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. Who Will Be Successful in This Role? The ideal candidate is a hands-on plumbing leader with multifamily construction experience who thrives in the field, understands project scheduling and production demands, and can effectively manage subcontractors, materials, and jobsite operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position requires at least 5 years of Plumbing Superintendent experience and direct experience managing plumbing operations on multifamily construction projects. Candidates without multifamily plumbing leadership experience may not be considered.
