About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of project delivery — you will manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects within active healthcare environments, lead multi-disciplined project teams, and serve as the primary client-facing representative for MBM Contracting. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of large-scale healthcare construction projects ($5M–$50M), from preconstruction planning through final closeout and warranty. Serve as the primary owner and client contact — build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, facility directors, architects, and engineers. Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, buyout, performance, and payment applications. Lead project OAC meetings, design coordination sessions, and executive-level status presentations. Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor pay applications. What You Bring Required: 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with significant healthcare project experience. Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects ($5M and above) within active healthcare or clinical environments. Deep knowledge of ICRA/PCRA requirements, FGI guidelines, infection control protocols, and healthcare facility standards.
