Job Summary Under limited supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed. Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed. Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line. Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events. Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand. Perform facility/building project work as assigned. Business Development & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting. Business Development & Customer Service Representative Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
