What You’ll Be Doing This is not a quick-lube environment or a “parts changer” shop. Our technicians perform: Diagnostics and drivability repair Engine and transmission replacement Suspension and noise diagnostics Timing chains and timing belts HVAC diagnostics and repair ADAS calibrations and programming Maintenance and modern vehicle repair We work on a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Diagnostic experience is preferred, but we’re also looking for technicians who are motivated to continue developing their skills. Doylestown, PA https://www.epochautomotive.com/careers/ Main Duties & Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with detailed notes and photos Diagnose drivability, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical concerns Perform engine and transmission replacements Perform timing chain and timing belt repairs Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer recommendations and shop standards Perform suspension, steering, brake, and noise/vibration diagnostics Utilize scan tools, lab scopes, OEM software, and modern diagnostic equipment Perform ADAS calibrations, programming, and module setup procedures as needed Maintain clear communication with service advisors and team members Participate in ongoing training and continued education opportunities Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional Follow shop procedures and maintain a high standard of workmanship Road test vehicles when necessary to verify concerns and repairs Work collaboratively with the team to improve workflow and repair accuracy Continue developing technical and diagnostic skills as vehicle technology evolves
