About the Job The Chief Product Officer will be a key member of Cognito's executive leadership team and will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the company's product ecosystem, patient experience architecture, and long-term category-building platform. This role extends beyond traditional product leadership. The CPO will help define how patients, caregivers, physicians, health systems, and society experience and engage with prescribed neuroprotective brain health therapies. Senior Director of Tax (Charlotte)

If you are an ASC 740 GURU this role is for you! As Senior Director of Tax Operations, you will lead the global tax provision and income tax accounting function, serving as the enterprise owner of the quarterly and annual tax provision under ASC 740.
