Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). 8 years of experience managing heavy civil or infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Construction . Strong knowledge of concrete structures, mechanical/process systems, and underground utilities. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams. Experience working with municipal clients and consulting engineers. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore). Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license or CCM certification. Experience with design-build or CMAR project delivery methods.
