Maintains systems and processes sufficient to assure timely follow-up and surveillance of patients for both Programs. Serves as a liaison with Scheduling Services to ensure appropriate scheduling of patients. Develops and implements patient screening tools and efficient clinic procedures. Assists in the development and implementation of efficient patient navigational procedures. Investigates patient concerns including appointment access, communication, and billing. Maintains clinical supply inventory. Responsible for conducting medical record reviews to report findings to physician specialist. Provides nursing care and assists physician and procedures. Routinely inspects and observes condition and operation of equipment to ensure proper operation and identify the need for preventive and corrective maintenance per guideline. Performs ongoing maintenance of exam and treatment rooms.
