Position Purpose The Sr. Director, Investor Relations will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Stoke’s strategic planning and engagement with the investment community to support the company’s goal of ensuring an accurate understanding of the company’s vision, strategy and its fair valuation. As the primary point of contact for all Stoke investor relations, s/he will establish and maintain credibility and trust with the investment community, including current shareholders, prospective shareholders and sell‑side financial analysts. This position will report to the Chief of Corporate Affairs and Strategic Partnerships and will work closely with members of the executive team, providing guidance on all investor interactions. Key Responsibilities Lead investor relations efforts on behalf of Stoke, including the development and implementation of a strategic plan that helps ensure an accurate understanding of the company story (vision, strategy, pipeline, competitive position) and a fair valuation. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors (current and potential future) and sell‑side research analysts. Effectively anticipate investor needs by maintaining a current understanding of the industry and competitive landscape as well as a deep understanding of Stoke’s business and progress. Serve as primary point of contact for all investor inquiries, providing timely, consistent, compliant and accurate responses.
