Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Packout Associate for our client near Decatur, AL. In this role, you will Perform processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools and pneumatic tooling to manufacture product to customer drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers and use simple math to perform basic calculations. Must be able to operate hand tools and pneumatic tooling such as screw drivers, utility knives, screw guns and drills to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies. Must be able to perform visual inspection and dimensional inspection of component parts prior to assembly using basic measuring tools. Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions. Must be able to cut insulation and use chemicals, adhesives, paints and inks. Must be able to drive a sit-down forklift Update computer records and paperwork in accordance with production requirements. Maintain work area in clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. This role focuses on social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and video content to tell compelling stories and connect with alumni, donors, students, and the broader UAlbany community. Primary Responsibilities: Digital Engagement & Campaigns Create and manage engaging, platform-specific digital content across social media, email, and web to support the UAlbany Fund's fundraising and engagement goals. Support fundraising initiatives such as giving days, crowdfunding campaigns, and special events through digital promotion. Build and deploy email communications, with an understanding of email marketing best practices. Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns that increase awareness, participation, and philanthropic support. Manage and grow social media engagement, including peer-to-peer and volunteer-driven efforts. Business Title: QA Manager - CAPA Location: Albert Lea, MN 56007 Job Type: Full-time Note: Direct hire Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager is a key member of the manufacturing site leadership team that provides leadership at the site for development, implementation and administration of the Quality assurance and quality control functions to ensure safety integrity and conformance with respect to regulatory, corporate, site, and customer requirements. This position will work in collaboration with the plant and THE CLIENT leadership to formulate and execute a strategic quality plan for the business. This position also integrates quality priorities into the operational excellence process. Responsible for managing CAPA program, including customer complaint, vendor complaint, holds and site audit nonconformance programs and root cause analysis thereof. Responsible for management of change control and portions of commercialization process. Provides leadership to develop and implement food safety, preventive controls and prerequisite programs (eg: HACCP/HARPC, Pest Control, Recall, Allergen, Sanitation, and environmental monitoring.) As a member of the plant leadership team, requires comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles within their own functional area, and also requires basic knowledge of these elements in their relevant functional areas in order to participate in the resolution of issues that have an impact beyond the area or impact multiple areas.
