Retail Customer Service Associate

POSITION SUMMARY: The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Sourcing Manager

Position Summary: The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. This role establishes and maintains procurement processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the consistent and compliant acquisition of goods and services. The Sourcing Manager leads the strategic procurement function, directly negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar contracts with key suppliers. Desktop support Technician

Job Role – Desktop Support Technician Job Summary Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
