Physician (Family Medicine/ Internal Medicine) New grads- San Antonio, TX New Graduates accepted Work Schedule: Day shift / Full-time Monday through Friday Medical Specialty: Primary Care Work Location: In-person, office-based setting Job Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, diagnosing and treating patients under the supervision of a physician. Order and carry out diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, electrocardiograms, lab work) and interpret results, identifying any abnormalities and ensuring follow-up care and patient communication. Offer counseling on medication usage, address mental health concerns, provide health education, and perform routine preventive care assessments. Suggest appropriate treatment options and help guide the patient's care plan. Accurately document all patient interactions and services provided in medical records.
