Details of the Position: Nocturnist role with 12-hour shifts; 14 shifts per month with zero call responsibilities. Involvement in complex cardiac procedures, including heart transplants and minimally invasive surgery. Full spectrum of cardiac surgery care, encompassing pre-operative and post-operative care. Management of post-operative patients, addressing conditions such as arrhythmias and fluid balance, and treating as appropriate in collaboration with the surgeon.
