Brad Foote has unique expertise in tight-tolerance gearing and precision machining, engineering, building, and repairing gears and gearboxes for wind, oil and gas, mining, steel, infrastructure, defense, and other industrial applications, with in-house heat treat capabilities. This position sets up and operates engine lathes, turret lathes, and vertical boring mills, performing complex close-tolerance turning, facing, boring, chamfering, recessing, and form-turning on a wide variety of production parts.
