Office Services Assistant Contract Role Onsite/ Miramar, FL This role will provide a variety of onsite administrative and office support services that contribute to the day-to-day functionality, organization, and appearance of the office. The individual will work closely with the Director of Operations, Admin Services Manager, and other office leaders to support operational needs and help ensure a positive and well-run in-office experience for colleagues and visitors. Responsibilities will include maintaining conference rooms, common areas, offices, desks, and kitchens to ensure spaces are clean, organized, appropriately stocked, and ready for use. The role will also manage room bookings and meeting requests and coordinate the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces, including tables and chairs as needed. The role will provide reception coverage, including greeting and escorting guests, supporting recruiting days and interviews, coordinating room bookings, assisting with transportation, and addressing other onsite needs. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating catering and food and beverage setup for in-office meetings and events, as well as managing inventory and ordering for snacks, fruit, coffee, plates, utensils, and other pantry and office supplies. The individual will work closely with the Admin Services Manager and building management on facilities-related needs, including HVAC, janitorial services, electrical, lighting, and repairs, and will report, track, and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. The role will also serve as an onsite point of contact for Global IT, assisting with basic technology needs and the deployment and support of office technology and equipment, including video conferencing systems, projectors, copiers, printers, and telecommunications equipment. Responsibilities will also include distributing, maintaining, and tracking inventory for IT equipment and accessories, including phones, laptops, chargers, monitors, privacy screens, and related items.
