Key Responsibilities: Design and configure Business Entities, relationships, and field groups within MDM SaaS Multidomain/Customer 360 Develop cost-optimized data models and integration patterns, including IPU consumption optimization and managed record limits Configure and tune AI-powered match and merge models using CLAIRE and declarative rules Define survivorship and trust rules to establish accurate “Golden Records” Conduct match-tuning cycles and analyze false positives/negatives Build and manage data pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for batch processing Implement real-time integrations using Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and APIs Design and implement complex hierarchies and many-to-many relationships Apply Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules for profiling, cleansing, and standardization Configure MDM SaaS user interface, including page layouts, search, and entity views Analyze legacy IBM MDM models and map to Informatica SaaS structures Set up workflows, approval processes, and governance mechanisms Develop and consume REST APIs for data synchronization Optimize IICS mappings and troubleshoot integration performance issues Implement CI/CD practices using GitHub or Azure DevOps and automate via IICS APIs Required Qualifications: 7 years of data engineering experience 5 years of MDM experience (minimum 3 years with Informatica SaaS/IDMC) Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS (Multidomain MDM or Customer 360) Proficiency in Informatica IDMC, including CDI and CAI Experience with Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) Strong understanding of Business Entity modeling Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Postman Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting integrations Experience implementing CI/CD using GitHub or Azure DevOps Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis (BigQuery) Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications: GCP data engineering experience Experience with IBM MDM to Informatica MDM SaaS migration projects Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS Professional Certification Experience with Informatica Governance & Catalog (IDMC) Additional Information: Fully remote position What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
