WHAT YOU'LL EARN * $80,000–$100,000/yr, based on experience * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, and Paid Time Off * A department to own and build inside a fast-growing national company WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Lead the estimating department - set the standard, the process, and the pace * Review and quality-check estimates from the team before they go to the customer * Prepare the complex, high-value estimates yourself: unit replacements, full refrigeration boxes, chillers, and rack refrigeration * Own turnaround - make sure quotes reach clients fast, accurate, and complete * Partner with operations, purchasing, and project management to keep pricing tight and current * Standardize templates, scope, and pricing so estimates are consistent and defensible * Develop and mentor estimators as the department grows WHAT YOU BRING * Strong commercial HVAC/R estimating experience across service and capital/ replacement work * Deep knowledge of HVAC/R equipment: RTUs, split systems, walk-in/refrigeration boxes, chillers, and rack systems * A sharp eye on takeoffs, scope, labor/material pricing, and margin * Fast and accurate - you protect turnaround without cutting corners * Able to read plans, specs, and site surveys and scope confidently NICE TO HAVE (not required) * Prior estimating lead or department-head experience * Multi-site retail / convenience-store / commercial customer experience * Estimating and quoting software familiarity WHY ICS * Centralized dispatch, purchasing, quoting, and billing behind every estimate * A national commercial HVAC/R platform that's still growing fast * Real ownership: build the estimating department and the team under it Ready to run the estimating department for a national commercial HVAC/R company?
