Job Summary The Workplace Experience Meeting and Event Setup Coordinator handles the setup and breakdown of meeting and event spaces at the client site. This role is very physical and involves the movement and reconfiguration of event furniture as a key responsibility. This role generally falls under the Facilities Management team, Janitorial Services or within Soft Services. In cases where a more dedicated support is needed, the role/roles fall under Meeting and Events. This role is client facing, so the technician must be able to exhibit good customer service and communication skills while providing a high touch hospitality focused service. Key Responsibilities * Executes set-up, breakdown, and resetting for all meeting and event spaces * Move furniture and equipment in and out of meeting spaces, as needed.
