ICS is building out the Oklahoma City metro, and we want an experienced lead technician to anchor it. Our techs are backed by a centralized team — dispatch, purchasing, quoting, and billing — so you focus on the work and the customer, not the admin. As Lead Service Technician, you'll do high-quality commercial HVAC/R service while helping develop and support the techs around you as the market grows. WHAT YOU'LL EARN * $25–$40/hr, based on experience * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Life insurance, Retirement, and Paid Time Off * Year-round work with established multi-site customers WHAT YOU'LL DO * Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R — refrigeration, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs, and split systems * Support multi-site retail and convenience-store accounts across the Oklahoma City metro and Central Oklahoma * Lead by example on safety, quality, communication, and customer service * Help train, mentor, and develop field technicians as we build the local team * Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management * Keep accurate service records and job documentation * Support on-call / emergency service needs as required WHAT YOU BRING * Strong commercial HVAC/R service experience * Hands-on with refrigeration, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs, and split systems * EPA certification (required) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Sound independent field judgment * Willingness to take part in an on-call rotation NICE TO HAVE (not required) * Prior lead technician, field supervisor, or mentoring experience * Multi-site retail / convenience-store account experience WHY ICS * Centralized dispatch, purchasing, quoting, and billing, less paperwork, more billable work * National company resources with the chance to grow a market that's yours * A clear path into leadership as the team grows under you Ready to lead and build a commercial HVAC/R team across the Oklahoma City metro, with a national company behind you?
