Quick Facts Location: 1400 East Boulder Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Long-term/permanent Shift: Flexible schedule with manageable call rotations Hours/week: Varies based on FTE Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in Anesthesiology Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive salary up to $520,000 annually (based on experience) $20,000 starting bonus Additional income via extra shift opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid malpractice coverage Generous PTO and vacation (up to 16 weeks FTE) CME allowance and retirement plans (403(b) with employer matching, 457(b) voluntary) Relocation assistance (may be available) Paid sick time and legal reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do Provide high-quality anesthesia care across varied surgical specialties including trauma, obstetrics, spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal procedures Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in a manageable and equitable call schedule Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Expand procedural skills in diverse high-acuity cases Engage in mentorship and optional leadership/teaching roles What You Need Valid medical license in Colorado Board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology Prior experience preferred but not mandatory Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered approach Commitment to professional growth and excellence About the Assignment This role is based at a state-of-the-art medical facility in Colorado Springs, providing anesthetic services for a wide variety of high-acuity cases, including trauma, OB, spine, and major surgeries.
