The position is in the outpatient environment only. The applicant would be part of a large group practice but in small satellite offices within a large hospital owned multispecialty group. You would be part of an active Pediatric department that meets regularly to collaborate and shape the direction of our quality goals. Setting Type (in or outpatient or both): Outpatient only. We strive to maintain a family feel to the group and we have put a lot of effort into avoiding the large corporate feel that medicine has become.Facility Description: Outpatient practices located in Valatie, Hudson, and Catskill, NY.Other Staff (MD’s, DO’s, NP/PA’s, MA’s): There are 2 Pediatricians, and 5 Advanced PracticePatients Per Day: Variable, but we would like you to see 18-20 patients per day. Depending upon the hours worked each day the volume would change. It also varies with the volume of new patients which often take longer.
