Job Details Core Responsibilities Provide overall onsite leadership and supervision for multifamily construction projects from start to finish Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety programs Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule delays or cost impacts Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and progress reporting Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams Maintain project documentation including daily logs, reports, inspections, and punch lists Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects such as podium, wrap, or large apartment developments Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and timelines Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with construction management software is preferred Preferred Qualifications 8 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience Experience with projects valued at $20M OSHA 30 certification Interested in hearing more?
