The Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) Department of Pediatrics seeks a faculty member in the Ian M. Burr Division of Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes at the Assistant or Associate Professor level on the Clinical Educator (CE) or Clinical Practice (CP) tracks. Responsibilities include direct patient care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, teaching of students, residents, and fellows, and participation in clinical research and/or quality improvement initiatives. Among the largest pediatric endocrinology programs in the Southeast, the Division conducts over 22,000 outpatient visits annually. All physicians provide care in both our Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatric Diabetes clinics on main campus and participate in a strong outreach network across seven offsite locations in Middle Tennessee.
