We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney with at least seven years of substantive experience to join a dynamic litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex commercial disputes, is comfortable taking ownership of cases, and has meaningful experience with foreclosure actions and electronic discovery. You will be deeply involved in every stage of litigation — from initial case strategy through resolution — and will play a central role in motion practice, discovery management (including ESI protocols), depositions, and trial preparation. Call Tracy at 602-313-7700 Why join us? 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Life insurance Paid time off and parental leave Job Details What You’ll Do Manage a varied docket of commercial litigation and foreclosure matters in both state and federal courts Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs Oversee all aspects of discovery, including development and execution of e-discovery strategy Conduct and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts Participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and pretrial strategy Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical legal and strategic guidance Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas in a collegial, team-driven environment What We’re Looking For 7 years of hands-on litigation experience with increasing case responsibility Strong familiarity with electronic discovery tools, workflows, and ESI management Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to independently manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus Representative matters include: Commercial foreclosure actions and related lender liability disputes Real estate litigation arising from acquisitions, financing, construction, leasing, and partnership conflicts Financial services disputes involving credit facilities, securitization issues, and complex lending relationships Breach of contract and business tort litigation connected to commercial transactions Shareholder, partner, and intra-corporate disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty claims Bankruptcy and insolvency adversary proceedings involving creditors and business entities Restrictive covenant, trade secret, and unfair competition matters tied to protection of business interests Multi-party, document-intensive litigation requiring significant electronic discovery (ESI) management Interested in hearing more?
