Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Job Description This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The role utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide appropriate care based on the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered, either personally or by those under their direction. Responsibilities Evaluate and document nursing care for patients. Assess patient data and plan appropriate interventions. Implement nursing care in accordance with organizational policies. Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality of care. Adapt care based on the developmental age and needs of patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years recent Med Surg and Telemetry experience. 2 years of experience working with stroke patients. Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed. mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered. Active RN license in Maryland (verification must be less than 30 days old).
