Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 2. Provide expert advice and guidance on employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance. 3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored benefits solutions. 4. Coordinate with internal teams and market contacts to deliver exceptional service to clients. 5. Utilize advanced computer applications to manage client accounts and track performance. 6. Travel occasionally, sometimes overnight, to meet with clients and attend industry events. 7. Provide leadership within the team, offering direction, constructive feedback, and development opportunities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training. 2. Minimum of five years of agency employee benefits experience. 3. Life and health insurance license. 4. Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships. 5. Excellent communication skills and service orientation. 6. Ability to resolve client and company problems with tact and professionalism. 7. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Preferred but not required: 1. Advanced degree. 2. Certification or designation in a related field. 3. Experience with Requests for Proposal. 4. Five or more years of experience in a similar role.
