Your role will not only focus on their immediate challenges but also on equipping them with lifelong skills for maintaining mental health resilience. Qualifications\n \n A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required. \n Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. \n A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in similar settings. \n Strong theoretical understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques, including evidence-based therapies. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience providing both individual and group therapy, focusing on inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies. \n Strong crisis intervention skills and excellent communication abilities for rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines. \n A history of collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Horizon Mental Health Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
