Keep swim supplies and equipment in good shape; organize and put away teaching equipment; report damaged equipment to the Deck Supervisor; ensure facilities are kept clean, organized, free of litter and safe. Continuously learn and progress toward “expert status” in specific job duties. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled. Arrive at the pool a minimum of 15 minutes before the scheduled instruction period begins. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, including but not limited to instructing swim lessons.
