The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines Create and modify CNC programs using Mazatrol and Mastercam Perform complete machine setups including tooling, offsets, and workholding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation Produce tight-tolerance precision machined components Optimize feeds, speeds, and machining strategies to improve efficiency Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision inspection equipment Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise Support production goals while maintaining quality standards This is a hands-on machining position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the manufacturing process from programming through finished parts.
