Maintenance Mechanic

Position Summary Responsible for maintaining equipment ● troubleshooting on electrical and hydraulic components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Maintaining equipment running ● performing preventive maintenance ● remove or replace defective components ● repair rebuilt hydraulic cylinders ● hydraulic valves. Finish Carpenter

We are seeking skilled carpenters join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and restorations. The carpenters will collaborate closely with other tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Duties Execute finishing tasks including trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs. Perform various carpentry functions such as frame carpentry, concrete forming, and drywall installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks including caulking, plastering, and siding installation. Conduct heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment during project execution. Collaborate with team members on restoration projects including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and flooring installation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites while maintaining a clean work environment. Assist in manufacturing processes when necessary, including CNC operations and assembly tasks. Requirements Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on finishing work. Strong skills in woodworking, and remodeling. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other tradespeople.
