The Patient Experience Coordinator develops, implements, and improves programs to establish and maintain Patient Experience standards or existing processes and services. The Chest Pain/Stroke/Patient Experience Coordinator will coordinate the efforts between providers, hospital administration, and staff while tracking the progress of the programs. The coordinator is responsible for all program management, report generation and review, process improvement, facilities review, budget requirements, and administrative activities of the program.
