Job Responsibilities : Perform on-site preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting for customer’s Hot Air Furnace, Air Handlers, Condenser, Heat Pump, etc. Ability to deal effectively with customer service and technical problems by using experience and personal influence to provide resolution with supporting documentation and explanations of service performed or parts used. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs or our customers Maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment in the vehicle. Document all installed equipment upon arrival; make, model, serial number , type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as needed. Diagnose diverse service issues, obtained any replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations.
