Handle all aspects of a case including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing demands, and drafting motions. 2. Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, and develop case strategies on behalf of clients. 3. Communicate effectively and frequently with clients to provide legal advice, obtain instructions, and deliver updates on case progress. 4. Participate in court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary. 5. Collaborate with legal staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively. 6. Maintain strict confidentiality of client's information and legal matters. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote the firm's reputation. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. 2. Membership in good standing with the GA state Bar. 3. Proven experience in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing demands, and drafting motions. 4. Excellent legal writing and communication skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. 6. Ability to manage a high volume caseload and work independently. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. 8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 9. Proficient in legal research software.
