Position Summary: An Estimator/Project Manager combines the responsibilities of quantifying and pricing work based on bid documents while managing construction efforts to ensure projects are executed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This includes coordinating with client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assist Project Engineers and Superintendents in creating CPM project schedules, initial project setup tasks, and maintaining project documentation and files. Submit and manage change order logs, project requisitions, and quarterly cost revisions with explanations of variances. Direct project activities alongside the Project Superintendent to ensure milestones are met and job continuity is maintained. Attend project meetings, submit periodic estimates, and ensure all owner documents are submitted timely to prevent requisition delays. Conduct final punch list inspections, complete closeout documentation, and maintain contact with owners for retainage and final payment.
