What You Bring Licensure & Credentials Current state Administrator licensure or certification, as required by state regulations. Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), if required by the state. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Education Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant fields may include Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, or a related discipline. Experience Must be at least 18 years of age. Proven experience successfully managing, leading, and developing teams in a senior living or healthcare leadership role. Skills & Knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
