Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and highlight areas of concern. 3. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. 3. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. 4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and financial regulations. 5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. 6.
